Poor service and no customer service

We have a new security company since August. Monday night 12 Des 2022, Ubuntu came and put boards on our walls with some kind off white stuff. It was raining so the boards fell off and the white stuff has made an enitre mess on our red/brown walls. We have phoned them several times to come and make their mess right. But with no luck at all. I mean we are not even clients of Ubunto! Everytime we phone we just get the same message over and over- we will come back to you. But our walls look terrible and they just have an attitude off its not their problem. Be aware that they have no pride in their work nor customer service. Is there anything we can do?
