Ubuntu don't pay his workers

I was working for Ubuntu security. Now that they have to pay us the new guy and his wife have stories they don't want to pay us I've work for my money every day that I have to so I've found n new job beter money so I resigned I've work my days that I have to and they said we wil pay you for the days you've worked. So like I said no money when we ask were is our money it was a screaming match so atlast the wife Mrs Charlotte said we must wait before friday they will pay us still no money and then when we whatsapp them they ignore us when we phone the phone wasn't answer can someone please help me to sue them for my money we need it we have to pay rent and buy food
