Horrible experience
Genuinely awful school. No opportunity to rewrite tests. Assignments and tasks are complicated to upload and the methods of such are always changing. No real educational help as my daughter had to basically self teach. Little to no socialization and empty hands to out reach to as some of the emails listed under "Support" do not even work and don't even link to emails. Before your child's grades suffer for foolish reasons please stay away from this organization.

As an online school, our model is designed to support learners through structured academic content, guided weekly sessions with Subject Specialists, and access to multiple academic and support channels. While independent learning forms an important part of the online schooling environment, learners are not expected to navigate their studies without support. Our Subject Specialists and Support Team are available to assist with academic guidance, platform navigation, and general queries throughout the year.
Regarding assessments, our policies are aligned with standard academic integrity practices (SACAI and DBE alignment), which means that rewrites are not available. However, learners do have access to ongoing assessments, feedback, and support structures designed to help them succeed. All schools have strict regulations and expectations when it comes to Cycle Tests and Exams specifically, and these regulations must be applied consistently for all learners. This ensures fairness and academic integrity.
We also understand that technical processes such as submitting assignments can sometimes feel overwhelming at first. Our teams continuously work to improve the platform experience and provide guidance to learners and guardians when needed. In addition, all official support channels are monitored, and we would be concerned to hear if any contact information is not functioning correctly.
