I had an issue with my bed that was uncomfortable and causing me back pain. Tonny handled my complaint with great professionalism and care. He took the time to explain every step of the process, including how long it would take and what to expect. He also assured me that he would stay in touch throughout the 4weeks waiting period while I awaited the delivery of my new mattress — and he kept his word!

Tonny followed up regularly, kept me updated, he even called me in the morning after delivery to check how the new bed felt. That kind of dedication and genuine care is what I call going the extra mile for a customer.
