RUDE EMPLOYEE

Good afternoon. I called a lady named Alta de Villiers about an email that I sent her. The email address sent via sms was not clear as it stated, "Re-apply. Alta.deVilliers@ugu.gov.za". So she said she never receive the email. Then I asked for her proper email address and she called me a "confused person". I was absolutely annoyed and the fact she kept on pressing the issue there is no such of an email address as "re-apply". I told her, " I wouldnt know about that mam, because I don't work for Ugu." She called me rude and I also told her she was rude and she put down the phone on me. She must apologise for her disgusting and pathetic behaviour.
