SCAM, Takes your money and does no work or prove service.
Please stay away from this business and Joanne Van Wyk as far as you can. Absolute scam delux. Quick to reply via email on inquiries and very quick to take your money when you want to proceed making use of her service. Been 2 weeks since I engaged her and made payment and to date no reply or response via email or phone. Worst service ever. WARNING. DO Not Use Her Services. I will consider changing my review if she completes the services I paid for.

Do not use
Unable to get hold of Joanne van Wyk for weeks since payment made, no services delivered. Unable to get hold of her via email of telephonically. It is a very vulnerable group of people to scam.

Positive reviews to MIA
After reading positive reviews and testimonials, we decided enlist Joanne van Wyk's services to assist us with registration of our domestic worker's UIF. We completed all the forms and made the payment on 8 September. We have followed up via email, phone calls and text but to no avail. Very disappointed as the website seemed legitimate.

UIF Care - Joanne Van Wyk is a SCAM Artist!!!!
DO NOT USE UIF CARE!!!! To: Joanne Van Wyk IS A SCAM ARTIST! She promised to sort out my UIF and was very happy to help me at first however once they received payment all communication was stopped, whatsapp messages and phone calls were blocked and emails ignored! I have not had any help from her and will probably never see my money again!!! Absolutely shocking service!! Do not fall for this scam like I did!!!

Possible scam or bad service
They are very ready to accept payment, but then all communication stops- their phone just rings and delivered voice notes are ignored. I don’t know if they are a scam or just delivering pathetic service.

Highly recommended
I have been so impressed with the services of UIF Care - Joanne. The Unemployment Fund recently updated their website and with it, came a lot of issues and challenges. Joanne assisted me greatly with this and certainly went above and beyond what was expected of her. I would highly recommend their services.

Amazing customer service!
Joanne from UIF Care has given me incredible service - truly a value for money offerings. Since the UIF portal changed, it's been impossible to figure out how to correctly load employees (which all disappeared from my account when the new website launched). She assisted with this, and with a subsequent issue I was having trying to correctly mark an employee as being on maternity leave. She did this via e-mail correspondence quickly, and assisted again to re-load the employee when she returned from maternity leave. I wish I had known about her company from the start as she would have made my life SO much easier and stress free. Will recommend her to anyone who needs help with UIF management. Five out of five stars!
