If you're thinking of buying from Decofurn—DON’T! My items arrived broken and damaged, so I requested a refund. They collected the items, but it's been over three weeks, and I’m still waiting for my money. Every time I call, they say they’ll get back to me, but they never do. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Avoid this company at all costs.
DO NOT USE UIF CARE!!!! To: Joanne Van Wyk IS A SCAM ARTIST! She promised to sort out my UIF and was very happy to help me at first however once they received payment all communication was stopped, whatsapp messages and phone calls were blocked and emails ignored! I have not had any help from her and will probably never see my money again!!! Absolutely shocking service!! Do not fall for this scam like I did!!!
