I have email , and even went directly to the uif DEPARTMENT ABOUT 6 TIME IN SANDTON but up until today still no job and its almost two year an I'm still awaiting feedback, i have written and email to the Sandton branch where the supervisor still has not responded to my mail on several occasion.. please see mails written to them as well as the ppl i have contact but still no luck..i urgently need help as i 'm not receiving any job from UIF :( very sad when i need to money to pay of bills) From: T****ha Rampersad Sent: 06 November 2024 09:12 To: Lawrence.sathekge@labour.gov.za Subject: UIF MATERNITY WITH DRAWAL NO PAYMENT SINCE 2023 HI Lawrence I don’t know where to start regarding my application for the WITHDRAWAL OF UIF MATERNITY since 2023 . I’VE app**** from the beginning on line there after following up on my application I have been told Numerous time by the consultant to go into the branch which I have been almost 4 times with no result As they are still awaiting for approval. This is now becoming very frustrating as I’m getting no joy going back and forth with calls And even with going to your SANDTON BRANCH as a last resort if I don’t get any feedback. Always been told that it is PENDING . Furthermore I received an SMS STATING that my requested DECLINE and had to go back To your SANDTO BRANCH where Cynthia advise that THE CLAIM IS STILL OPEN .I NEED THIS ESCALATED and SET AS PRIORITY. I’ve been in contact over a month with Cynatia with her cell number 082 899 2695 as she advise it need to be approved By management. To date with no results. You can contact at work on 011 966 0668 or cell 084 206 6981 / 061 424 0148 Waiting your prompt response please can i urgently have help as calling them and well as going to higher ppl does not help

If I could rate this place -100 I would. I have been strugging with my claim since December last year for maternity and Im back at work already, not a single payment received. everything is 5-10 days since last year. Two weeks ago I had to take off from work to go sit at DOL and I was told I will receive my money (again) 7-10 days.Its 150 days later and Im still waiting. This has really been a horrible experience for me and we the people depend on our hard earned money just to be taken for a ride like this.I cant take off work everytime and run after my own money.

If I could rate this place -100 I would. I have been strugging with my claim since December last year for maternity and Im back at work already, not a single payment received. everything is 5-10 days since last year. Two weeks ago I had to take off from work to go sit at DOL and I was told I will receive my money (again) 7-10 days.Its 150 days later and Im still waiting. This has really been a horrible experience for me and we the people depend on our hard earned money just to be taken for a ride like this.I cant take off work everytime and run after my own money.

I am waiting for my money till today I've been told it was paid but sitting with their finance as there is a backlog same expectations for us to vote but bad service I need this money today my child does not have food and need to pay my rent that is overdue @thulasnxesi@uifclaims
