Excellent Service!!!
I visited the FNB branch feeling very frustrated because I had been struggling to unblock my banking app with no success. Thankfully, I was helped by a consultant named Dineo Tsoana. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She took the time to assist me properly and made sure that my issue was sorted out. Her excellent service really turned my day around. Thank you, Dineo, for going above and beyond!It's not every day that you receive such excellent service, especially when you're already feeling overwhelmed. Dineo truly went the extra mile, and I believe she deserves recognition for the amazing work she does. Thank you, Dineo, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. POOR SERVICE
DEAR KFC MELLVILLE I am still waiting for my order till now from 11:38 am ,money taken on the account no communication we received a message its on the way boom sent back to the restaurant with no call nothing ,we called the store 3 times already we have been put from pillar to post ,called 4th time was told they got another driver who is coming until now nothing CAN THIS BE RESOLVED ASAP This is a very poor service its an hour now waiting

Poor service
I am so dissapointed by Rage headoffice I called in this morning requesting my statement to be emailed to me the lady named Maculate was so impatient and very rude to me as their customer till now I am still waiting for ,people must not work in customer service environment if they cannot handle queries this is soooooo annoying
