Worst service ever
Horrible service. Firstly we waited in line for someone to assist us and everyone was at the back or assisted drivedru clients while we waited for over 10mins. Then I waited extremely long for my order, I have never waited that long before at any other branches. Finally when my order arrived I grabbed it and walked out because I was late. When I got to my destination, I discovered that half of my order was missing. I ordered a fully loaded box meal and only received the colonel burger and coke. I couldn't even return because I was late and it was raining. Don't even think about going to KFC in Kingsway

PATHETIC SERVICE
On the 14th of November 2025 I bought food for R245.08 the driver phoned me to collect the food outside the building when I got outside there was no sign of the driver. He canceled the order saying he can not find me. I got a message stating the order was cancelled my money will be refunded. I phoned on the 21st of November to confirm I was given a reference number via email confirming I will get my money back. Today the 24th of November 2025 I phoned again the agent who assisted me told me the refund failed she logged another request. I insisted to speak to a superior I held on for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone to no avail. The agent told me the supervisor is busy on another call and will call me back I am still waiting. I am really unhappy with the service at KFC it is pathetic and they are lying to their customer what happened to the customer is always right. My money was taken immediately but I must wait for a refund the driver was impatient why could`nt he wait. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. 0784928317

Awful service KFC Kingsway melville
The worst service ever. First the set up is not well thought through. You enter and there is basically no place to walk. Then you get to place your order constantly being bumped into, if thats not enough they machines kept going offline, then i went to the lady that aupposed to take the ordet and her cars machine was offline. Finally when i got t o place my order. Looked at the screen for 30 minutes,no movement, had to go to the countet were 1st come 1st policy was at work, no matter how long you are there who ever waves they receipt gets attended too. I had to ask the guy to please help, guess what he goes to one of the ladies and aends her to assist and takes a order from someone else and just leaves me standing. The lady finally came gave my order with 7 coldrinks and 7 meals. No holders for the drinks and the excuse was there isnt any. Now the meals. I have nwvet been so disappointed in one of my favourite meals as i was or rather am than today. SIS kingsway KFC your service and meals is terrible and thats me putting it lightly. Please KFC send out a area manager to investigate. 2 ladies serving with a dont care guy. Order time 17h30 and left at 18h28 on the 27/10/25 had to carry drinks 1 by 1 to car.

KFC Kingsway Melville definately no go!
Ordered a brekkie burger box and a cuppachino from KFC Kinsway. Since I wash rushing to a meeting I used the drive thru. I was told to park and wait for my order. 15 minutes later I received my oder however the cuppachino was cold, not even warm. The chicken was undercooked almost raw. No complaints about the burger and chips.

Bad services
Absolutely ******* KFC I went there on Friday, and was refused to buy food because I was using my card and didn't have cash money. Really bad service as they always having problems with machine or staff. I had to walk and get food elsewhere

Disrespectful staff, speak rudely to customers and never opened at 7:00am even at 7:15 still not opened ever Single day. Despite their operating hours which states 07:00 ver disappointing at the nonchalant staff

Totally barbaric staff behaviour
The staff is disrespectful when they call out orders. They shout out too loud expressing anger while customers are just in front of the collecyion counter. This is really unprofessional.
