Horrible service. Firstly we waited in line for someone to assist us and everyone was at the back or assisted drivedru clients while we waited for over 10mins. Then I waited extremely long for my order, I have never waited that long before at any other branches. Finally when my order arrived I grabbed it and walked out because I was late. When I got to my destination, I discovered that half of my order was missing. I ordered a fully loaded box meal and only received the colonel burger and coke. I couldn't even return because I was late and it was raining. Don't even think about going to KFC in Kingsway
Oh how I wished I read these complaints before I had ordered. This is by far the most terrible company ever, the service is horrible. I waited 3 months for my order, it arrived after my baby was born. I didn't get what I had ordered and the quality is horrible. I wasted R4000 on terrible quality, ugly bedding and horrible service. The owner is indeed extremely rude and makes excuses every time. I am currently taking legal action against this ****ming business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
I returned an item which I have never opened. It is in its original packaging but Takealot is refusing the return because it is returned after 7days. I am pregnant and bought a baby cot, decided to move in a new place and now I realize the bed won't fit. I realized this by looking at the size in the description. THE BOX IS SEALED. I've asked them to credit my Takealot account in order for me to purchase something else from their app but they refuse and they still have the cot in their possession. I got no communication regarding the status of my return I had to find out from the app. They are telling me that is was supposed to be returned within 7days if the size is incorrect. It is not underwear or clothes it is a baby cot which I planned on opening after painting the nursery room. I already bought a new cot and have no use for the one that is still in their possession yet fully paid for.

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service and empty promises. I cancelled their services within 2months of signing with them because their customer service is pathetic and now I have to constantly call them to get feedback regarding my clearance certificate. Ignored phone calls. They do not keep their customers updated. I have to use my damn airtime and call wait for more than 15mins before someone answers the damn phone only to be lied to constantly. I wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them. You request to speak to a team leader and get nothing but empty promises from the team leader aswell. I had to constantly call Amanda Mayo and her team leader Anita because they fail to provide feedback.
Terrible experience with Netflorist, false advertising at it's best. had to return an item twice which I've ordered for someone's birthday. The product was of terrible quality. do not have anything engraved from them, they are the worst. I've spent more than R2 000 with Netflorist for a gift and ended up spending an additional R2000 to get another gift because the initial gift had to be returned twice
I requested a driver for my friend and the payment option was by card, when she reached the drop off location the driver made her pay cash and the money was deducted from my account. I called the driver and he told me to contact the head office and ask for a refund, the worst thing is there is No Working telephone number where we can get hold of someone this is bull**** that i cannot tolerate. there is only an email address which i have sent numerous emails to with my response.
