Waarskuuwing oor Sew Just More: Ek is bewus van hulle T'c en C's dat die Bestelling langer kan vat as wat hulle se... Maar hiermee deel ek my ongelukkigheid met #sewjustmore Storie loop so: My sussie het vir my di stel van R2699 bestel en betaal as per versoek ,as my babatee geskenk, die vrou met wie sy gesels het , het my sus mooi voor gvra INDIEN dit moontlik is of dit gaan reg wees voor baba kom OF dalk vir di babatee - sy se toe dat sy dit sal indruk, fast forward so maand wat verby gaan , toe my sus opvolg het hulle "deurmekaar" geraak met n ander vrou se bestelling en ek sou middel van april my goed kry, goed - ons wag..... Ek begin al bel en boodskap, net om vir my elke week te se - volgende week. Vanaf 14 April. Die reply wat ek kry is dat die die laaste WhatsApp aan my sal wees tot ek my goed kry... asof ek hulle pla. Geen kommunikasie van hul kant af ni, as jy hul bel antwoord hulle net nie, bel ni terug nie - NIKS. So gaan 3 weke verby van bel, whatsapps ens .. (geen antwoord op my WhatsApp's vanaf 29 April tot en met 11 May) Saterdag 9 May het hul n ad op eks van di moot gesit, ek reply toe en vra hoekom hulle heeltyd kan post maar geen oproepe of WhatsApp's antwoord nie... toe word my comment delete - soos ek gedink het dit gaan gebeur. Heel toevallig - Maandag 11May kry ek n boodksap wat se ek moet POP stuur voor hul kourier kan book - net om terug te reply dat die balans al 7 maart betaal was... Om 5 maande vir iets te wag en geen kommunikasie te kry ni, en na jy 1 comment post op hulle goed kry mens vinnag jou order. Dis nie reg ni. Nou my vraag is , as jy agter is met bestellings hoekom ni net jou kliente latweet of net antwoord nie? Die mense se kleinte diens is uiters *** en ek wil almal wat dink om hier te bestel net in kennis stel hoe jy behandel word.. As per invoice en POP's - Bestelling geplaas en deposito betaal 27 January 2026. Due date volgens invoice is 18 March 2026. Share en tag hulle asb want ek is seker daarvan my goed gaan delete word.

Absolute worst service! Does not keep up with lead time and does not send communication throughout. I have to follow up weekly and wait a few days for a reply. I have been told that the courier would be send out every week for the past 4 weeks now. Please be careful with this business! Very bad service!

this business is on Facebook she is making baby bedding very nice thats why i chose her in the first place. I placed an order 28th february because she told me that my order will be in time for my daughter in laws baby shower i made used of payjust now so she was paid in full by them i already have paid my last instalment she only correspond via whattsup if you call she do not answer if you email she do not reply i was told that my order will arrive in time for the baby shower 2nd May i do not have to stress. she blue tick you on whatssup and answer you if she feels like that otherwise nothing. i was told sorry your order will not be in time for the baby shower because ny other clients pressure me to finish up there orders first,not my problem why not told me sorry i am so overwhelmed with orders i will not be finish in tine but she had no problem at that time. i was told i will get like a card so i assume its to tell my daughter in law the parcel is on the way. today the 2nd day after i was told i will receive the caRD VIA EMAIL AND WHATTSUP EITHER LAST NIGHT OR IN THE MORNING,i asked her again when will i be getting the card as well when will i get my apid order next week blue ticked again. i am so sick of persons that **** other honest persons. now today i had to go and buy something else spending money that was not needed because already spend a lot on this order for my 1st grand daughter i cannot go empty handed i will not be able to look my son in the face because of this lady..And every day i still see her advertise for orders but she cannot finish my order in 2 months time. if i do not get my order i will open a case for ***** and get my lawyer in volved she will be elld liable for all costs because this was her fault not mine. and HELLOPETER add her also on your list of companies so other clients can first do research like MR Mike Bolhuis said nobody can be trusted do your home work, I do not trust this lady at all i think she is lying to me.

Very happy with the Service and items delivered to me was what i asked and good quality.It did take a while to receive as the have a big production and everyrhing takes time to do and compleet, but for the quality and love put into it that makes it worth the wait. I have ordered 3 times from Sew Just More and will still use them should i have other things needed to be made ❤️

Very happy with the Service and items delivered to me was what i asked and good quality.It did take a while to receive as the have a big production and everyrhing takes time to do and compleet, but for the quality and love put into it that makes it worth the wait. I have ordered 3 times from Sew Just More and will still use them should i have other things needed to be made ❤️

I placed my order on the 6th of January, and as of today, the 8th of April, I am still waiting with no delivery or clear resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable. Every time I follow up, I am given a different excuse. I have been told my order is complete, only to later be told it still needs to be printed along with several other orders. Week after week, I am promised it will be done, but nothing ever materializes. Communication is inconsistent, and messages are often ignored. On one occasion, I was even told that the person could not continue the conversation because they needed to go make dinner and attend to other work. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, especially when customers are waiting months for orders that have already been paid for. What makes this even worse is that they refuse to issue a refund, leaving me stuck without my order or my money. At this point, it feels like I am being misled rather than assisted. I expect honest communication, accountability, and either immediate delivery of my order or a full refund. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience, and I strongly urge them to address their service, communication, and order management processes.

I AM NOT VERY HAPPY AT THIS POINT WITH SEW JUST MORE!!! I read al lot of good about this place that made me also placed an order on 28 Jan 2026 requesting it to be done before April when my baby boy will be born, they assured me that it would be done long before then as it only takes 6weeks to complete the bedding set. I am STILL waiting for my order my baby boy is born already and had tot go on the extra cost of getting bedding for his cot because my order at Sew Just More is taking 10 weeks now and still not sure if I am going to receive my bedding. If you call them they don’t answer and when they answer all you get is “STILL BUSY”. I am finding their services very poorly and unprofessional as they also go and delete your comments on facebook so that they don’t look bad. I will most definitely not make use of them again or recommend them to anyone!

Amazing, Amazing, amazing service, communication, quality!!!! Everything they do they do with pation and love. Without them i wouldn't be able to make my daughter christmas wish come true!!!! Thank you soooo much
