NETSTAR i am getting sick and tired on how i have been treated the last 2 weeks after spoken to several consultants and emails to several contacts with netstar . Netstar you know what the problem is. After i Paid my account ion full still netstar goes and sign up a Debit order again taking double the amount after telephonically discussed that no debit orders will be assigned again without my permission,i waited 2 weeks for my refund and again the kept the other amount after i told Netstar that no payment via Debit order i will pay via Eft after i received my salary thats between the 7th and the 15th and was confirmed via telephone call. not happy how this matter was handled at all very unprofessional. once you spoke to accounts dept the problem still consits. they doing what they want to do not proffesional at all. SO ,NETSTAR PLEASE !TAKE NOTE IF EVER AGAIN NETSTAR ASSIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THERE WILL BE STEPS I WILL TAKE AGAINST NETSTAR . MY ACCOUNT WILL BE PAID VIA EFT EVERY MONTH AFTER MY SALARY IS RECEIVED .and the person who did wrong do not have the decency to phone me and say I am sorry, NETSTAR EMPTIED MY ACCOUNT OVER THE LONG WEEKEND WHEN I WENT TO PNP MY CARD WAS DECLINED i was standing with a red face and only then i realised its Netstar the culprit taking double the payment again so in Total almost a R1000 in payments. I will never promote anybody to join this company to protect your motor vehicles with them. i will not renew my contract on January 2027 because of the bad service from them. BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this business is on Facebook she is making baby bedding very nice thats why i chose her in the first place. I placed an order 28th february because she told me that my order will be in time for my daughter in laws baby shower i made used of payjust now so she was paid in full by them i already have paid my last instalment she only correspond via whattsup if you call she do not answer if you email she do not reply i was told that my order will arrive in time for the baby shower 2nd May i do not have to stress. she blue tick you on whatssup and answer you if she feels like that otherwise nothing. i was told sorry your order will not be in time for the baby shower because ny other clients pressure me to finish up there orders first,not my problem why not told me sorry i am so overwhelmed with orders i will not be finish in tine but she had no problem at that time. i was told i will get like a card so i assume its to tell my daughter in law the parcel is on the way. today the 2nd day after i was told i will receive the caRD VIA EMAIL AND WHATTSUP EITHER LAST NIGHT OR IN THE MORNING,i asked her again when will i be getting the card as well when will i get my apid order next week blue ticked again. i am so sick of persons that **** other honest persons. now today i had to go and buy something else spending money that was not needed because already spend a lot on this order for my 1st grand daughter i cannot go empty handed i will not be able to look my son in the face because of this lady..And every day i still see her advertise for orders but she cannot finish my order in 2 months time. if i do not get my order i will open a case for ***** and get my lawyer in volved she will be elld liable for all costs because this was her fault not mine. and HELLOPETER add her also on your list of companies so other clients can first do research like MR Mike Bolhuis said nobody can be trusted do your home work, I do not trust this lady at all i think she is lying to me.

payflex bad service After tyhe last review i left here. nobody from payflex tried t contact me. i want to cancel the account i have never used it now i battle to get it cancelled the consultants they talk out of 2 mouths so now i get the feeling they just do not want to help 0792979011 was the number i was told on the first email , now i have been told this is not the number then i send the id numbers that i think it could be linked no response from payflex they are worst of the worst
Good day Payflex i am not happy how payflex treats a client. I opened a account with them some years back, never used it. now i want to start using it on Temu purchases. and unfortunatelly i do not remeber the password. first i thought it was registered with my old number 078105.... BUT ACCORDING TO THE PERSON THAT assist once and never helped again my number is 079297.... SO IT SNOW 2 WEEKS I AM BATTLING OVER AND OVER for assistance,but nothing gets done. the close the tickets before the query was sorted then i open it again nothing gets done. then now after the 3rd attempt i decided to do a full closure on account . if this is the service they give i do not want to make use of them paying for purchases,it tell me a big NO! I am with payjustnow they are the best never had any problems correspondence on emails in 20min time,unfortunattely i cannot use them on Temu. so Payflex please close my account ASAP ,send me a email me when done
Vodacom i have been a client for more that 25 years now. and the last 5 years was just a nightmare to be a client. overcharges the last 5 years and never could solve it because of the lack of service, i get here in Vodacom Highveld mall everytime you go there you do not get help from any of the consultants they gave you a number that you must call in. horrible service. so if this is the problem if vodacom employees do not want to help why not replace them because why are they there for what? well luckilly for me one of my contacts did come to a end and i am still waiting for the email to be sended as discussed so this contract can be stopped its 2 weeks now still no email again the same story a machine does the work for incappable employees lack of laziness i would say. I am on pension in february i will be 68 so for me to drive to the mall and not getting assisted for me its bad. so vodacom the day i finished all contracts that will be my last i will never ever make use of Vodacom Witbank again. so today i decided to add this Bad review on hellopter maybe then i will get a call from vodacom helping me to cancel the contract ending. youre service is the worst here in Witbank and the same with the machine who assist when calling. so i need the cancellation document to be emailed to the registered email marieth197108mg@gmail.com. my cell number:0720628001 if you want all my details Vodacom can give me a call and not a damn machine. i want this sorted ASAP I do not want to pay exstra for the contract thats ending
Dear Absa This will be the second time i write a review here since the last complaint no reation or phone calls as said on the reply,everytime i have to discuss the same matter all over again and the persons Pravesh & Stanton & Yvonne ,Pravesh i think is debit card despite and Stanton is the Action line from both this persons i got respond as with all the others not deadling with my matter ,it seems that they do not read the email correspondences or do not read all of it.According to Stanton he stated that Absa Apoligise for the mistake,but up till now since November i still did not see my refund from Temu in my account . Pravesh keep on telling me about the refunds but ifs if they do not realise at all that is all the refunds they see there is the ones i already received in to my bank account and they keep on telling me the same thing over and over again hell no guys please count and see if you add up the R258 . THE REFUND FROM TEMU HAS BEEN SUCCESFULLY! PROCCESED to arrive at 28 october 2025 in to my bank account it mabe delayed not later than 20 November 2025 ,and today is already 12 January 2026. so all the proof from Temu i have received but Absa did not refund me the R258 yet i keep on checking every week since November 2025. here is all the ref numbers i received from Absa and not even one of them could sort this matter REF:C62832728-C61473185-C61461193-C62690010-C62198852-C61473185-C61847819-C62399712-C61750792-C49788311-C-63232712 and i think every day the ref numbers will follow. its ********* how Absa treats their clients not acceptable at all its discussed me. And please do not ask me to send the proof of Temu again as from the 1st Ref i received the Temu refund letter was attached in the mail. And it seems that Absa do not even care if you close all your accounts. And i will add a complaint on Hellopeter every day as from today if this will not be cleared up.
Good day Absa After 20 communications via Email and still no response I have been told several times that my query will be solved in 3 to 5 days I will be called back in 8 hours time this complaint is going on for more than 2 months now. Absa still did not refund my Credit amount that I received from Temu I made a purchase on 20 October 2025 but immediately after purchase I realized I purchased the wrong items Temu immediately credited me the R284 I have received lots of refunds by Temu and was paid back this one now still pending because of the lack of terrible bad service that Absa is given to a client. The lack of communication is do so bad. I kept all the correspondence that I have as proof I can also provide the Absa my bank statement as I was told on that the amount was refunded but nowhere in my account that money was paid buck by the merchant this is now the 3rd time I am having difficulty with Absa and if this will proceed I will and my husband that has been a client since The early 80s when it was still Trustbank we will close all our accounts and will go to a better institution than Absa and now I do believe Clients that spoke so bad About Absa.. This money do not belong to Absa it's my money I need this Credit in my Account back as soon as possible. Even Capitec is much better than Absa your rates and levies is getting so expensive these days go and learn from Nedbank and FNB and Capitec Even Standard bank must better these days. I give you a zero rate when it comes to customer relation services. I am so sick of your bad promises you lie straight up in the clients face. The one email I received from Absa I have the person's name as well I was told that the problem regonate from Absa and the person appoligise. But still no pay back. Everyone from Absa give me another explanation. Is Absa hiding se something. I do believe that not only I have bad experience with Absa these days Refund my Credit back into my account or I will not be much longer a client from Absa. Absa you should be ashamed in how you treat a client it's very *********. I want a answer ASAP You have my contact details.
Good day I was just been informed via sms that my woolworths credit card has been approved that all my documents was received. firstly there was no contact number for me to call back i did not apply for any woolies credit card and also i did not send any documents from my side like salary income. so if this was by mistake please call me 0792979011 SO WE CAN STOP THIS. under no circumstances i will take or held responsible if my details was ****** to open up this credit card appplication. if any card was given to somebody it was defnitally not me. if this was a **** it should be reported and investiagated bay ***** department. Good day RCS This would be now the 2nd time i am complaining about the same problem that had never been solved after talking on phone and email requesting my RCS statement about a month ago now i realised that the reason for that was that RCS never solved the R299.00 that is still added on my account. i still get billed for the R299 AND FOR ME NOW ITS *****ING My money again so i still pay for something i did not aske for. if i am asking for my statement i just do net get it but now i do know why? i want the R299.00 REMOVED AS DISCUSSED 2 MONTHS AGO. according to my sms i received it show that i owe RCS zero. i also want this RCS ACCOUNT CLOSED ,i do not want it anymore because i can deal with RCS taking money that does not belong to them. i want this matter sort as in yesterday,,,PLEASE CLOSE MY RCS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELLY!!!!!i need someone that is loyal to there clients not *****ing from them. close close close close THIS ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
