Spoke to Mabatho on the Uif Call Centre Line.

She was dragging and speaking and then telling me it's windy I'm hurting her hears after giving her my ID number 4 times. I ask her what's her name and she asks me why I want to know and proceeds to ask for my ID number the 5th time.
