I became unemployed in August. In October I app**** online. I app**** for continuation of benefits. In December I phoned them. They said I needed to submit documents by e-mail. On 3 February I phoned again and they said my application was invalid. I needed to apply after 1 November. I had to then reapply and send documents. Now I am waiting again for them to process my claim.i hope that they back-pay me until October.
