As a student at UKZN Pietermaritzburg Campus, I appreciate that Sibonikhaya Driving School provides an accessible option for learners who want to obtain their driver’s license while on campus. This convenience is valuable, and it shows the school’s intention to make driving lessons easier for students to access.

That said, there are areas where I believe Sibonikhaya has great potential to improve and truly stand out as a professional, student-friendly driving school. With more focus on respectful communication, supportive teaching methods, and a consistent structure for lessons, students would feel more comfortable, confident, and motivated during their learning journey.

It would also be encouraging to see a clearer reporting or feedback process available through the university, so that students’ concerns can be addressed quickly and constructively. This would not only protect the students but also give the driving school valuable insights to continue improving its service.
