WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

They transported my furniture, they left my things in the rain and 80% of my load has been damaged. I had to personally take my couch, computer, tv and other boxes out of the rain. Immidiatly complained and Maisen stated they would fix it. The day of delivery I received 9 out of 15 boxes in black bags, lost a few minor things, tv was broken, my bike that I also transported has been damaged, unusable condition now. Couch only has 3 legs left instead of four, with a constant wet smell.

Tried to claim from their insurance, Maisen is non responsive on mails and what's app. I have proof of when they loaded everything in the rain and how it looked when it was offloaded off the truck.

Will definitely not recommend.
