Cancelling of Contract

I have bought the program to help me to earn extra money on the stock markets.<br> <br> I was told that there is a 6 month back money back guarantee if i did not make a certain % .<br> <br> i locked the call that i want to cancel my contract after the 6 months and that i want my money back.<br> <br> i was told that i did not do what i was suppose to do and there for they are not refunding me.<br> <br> They are really not a good company so please people don't ever fall for them.<br> <br> I am seeking legal action against them
