Cancelling of Contract
I have bought the program to help me to earn extra money on the stock markets.<br> <br> I was told that there is a 6 month back money back guarantee if i did not make a certain % .<br> <br> i locked the call that i want to cancel my contract after the 6 months and that i want my money back.<br> <br> i was told that i did not do what i was suppose to do and there for they are not refunding me.<br> <br> They are really not a good company so please people don't ever fall for them.<br> <br> I am seeking legal action against them

Credit report on my name
Back Ground:<br> I bought a flat and the guy that i bought it from breached our contract. He was suppose to my my levies for 12 months which he failed to do. I am the legal owner so i was liable for the outstanding amount.<br> I was summed and a judgement was obtained against me.<br> <br> <br> i have paid the outstanding amount plus the legal fees in October 2015. <br> The attorneys on record rescinded the judgment as all the forms was send to all the credit bureaus. The attorney on record got confirmation that there is no incident on my record or idnr. The feedback came from a Nonhlanhla Phakathi.<br> <br> 5 moths down the line when i discovered i was listed by transuinion i had to resubmit all the documents again.<br> <br> it was emailed to them on the 30 November 2015<br> <br>

Student loan / Incompetance
I applied for a student loan in 2014, it was granted. After the second premium went off my account i discovered that an amount of R 105 was been deducted for insurance for the loan. <br> i have more that 6 mil life cover at a very well known company. I have send my policy schedule the the relevant department in Sept 2014, it was confirmed that i was received.<br> <br> Today on the 8th off Apr 2015, when i wanted to go and settle the outstanding balance i re discovered that the premium for the insurance is still going off.<br> <br> You cannot speak to that department, the student load departments team leader must send email to that department team leader to follow up.<br> <br> And guess what, it was promised that i will have answer today, nothing.<br> <br> I am so gatvol of big companies like Fnb that dont give a shit, but you must just dare to stop a debit order man a man do they harass you.<br> <br> So i am going to speak to all my friends and tell them we must close our accounts at FNb.<br> <br> For someone that have a platinum card, to get treaded like this!!!!!!<br> <br> It is incompetent people working there, and because of there incompetance i as client must suffer
