Ultimate Blinds are amazing!!!!
Best service and workmanship!!!! Been using Ultimate Blinds for years and I can honestly say they deliver each time. Amazing staff and amazing after sales assistant. Marius and team are absolutely professionals at what they do.

Ultimate Blinds - Outdoor blinds not fit for outdoors!
I installed outdoor blinds from Ultimate Blinds in May 2022, which included a 400-micron PVC window. In April 2024, I had to pay an additional R1,840.00 to replace fittings that had already begun rusting. In July 2025, the blinds became unusable due to the PVC window shrinking, which also caused a zip to tear. A representative from the company confirmed the shrinkage and removed the blinds from my property. Despite repeated engagement, the supplier claims shrinkage was “expected” and that care instructions were provided. No written or verbal care instructions were ever given, and their original brochure emphasised extreme durability. The product has failed within just over three years, which is inconsistent with the quality and durability representations. I have been without the blinds for almost 6 months and am seeking a fair resolution. Marius and Veronique are insistent that I must cover the full repair and that it was my fault that the PVC window shrunk.

Good service at the beginning - but then they just don't care
At first, my experience was amazing - quick service, amazing quote. I accepted and paid my deposit, and I was excited about the service and looking forward to seeing their products in my house. Received my quote on the 25th of June and sent my proof of payment for the order on the 26th of June. But that is where the great service ended. Due to bad communication, I always had to follow up on my order. The communication with the "normal" team stops when you have paid - as all communication must then work through Veronique. My order was confirmed to be installed today (29/07/24) - and when I HAD TO ONCE AGAIN MAKE CONTACT - to confirm that this was happening I was only then informed that my products were still at their warehouse in Durban. I work irregular hours as does my partner - so we made special arrangements and cancelled meetings etc. for this to happen today (29/07/24). Now due to this lack of communication etc. I have to wait until the 16th of August for this installation to happen as I have a life and a job outside of waiting for 3 small blinds to be installed. And by small - 2 small windows (kitchen & bathroom and one single door). The over-and-over apologies will not remove the taste from my mouth that I now have for this company or its service. Obviously if you order small (my order was R4000) - they don't really care - they care about the BIG ORDERS AND THE BIG MONEY.

Ultimate blinds review
First of all I received a quotation on the same day as Marius made a visit. Compared to other companies the price was the best. I was informed of the process and promises made by Veronique were kept. The blinds were installed very professionally and I am completely satisfied with the product and colour provided. Thank you Veronique and Marius for a completely satisfying result.

Ek kan met n geruste hart Ultimate Blinds, Welgemoed aanbeveel as u enige Buite Blindings (Outdoor blinds) benodig. Van die besoek vir mates neem, die kwotasie, die installering van blindings en die nasorg was alles professioneel gedoen. Die prys was ook die beste van 2 ander kwotasies.
