<p>On the 25 September I visited the Ultimate Lounge Collection Showroom in Centurion to purchase a lounge suite. On the 26 September my husband deposited the total amount for the lounge suite in the company's account. On the 30 September Ultimate lounge sent me a defective lounge suite which I immediately returned after conversing with the owner Tersia. During the conversation she said I was liable for the transport cost of R3000 which I said I will not pay and why should I pay it because Ultimate lounge collection sent me a defective lounge suite. I took photos and what's app it to her. Then she voice what's app stating that she will Send me another set of the exact same suite I choose. On Sunday she sends me pics to choose a different set all together which I did not want. I asked her to refund my money. Till today I have not received my payment. She has been avoiding my calls and what's app. When I informed her I am going to take legal action and she will be liable for all legal costs she asked her bookkeeper to call me and inform me that the money will be deposited in 7 days because she is waiting for clearance. How is it possible a company can release/ deliver goods without first waiting for the money to be reflecting in their account. The cash was deposited via Eft on the 26 September standard bank to standard bank so how possible is it that there is a 7 days clearance. She is currently holding back my money and collecting interest on this. I will never ever recommend them to anyone or deal with this company ever again. If by Monday the money is not deposited I will consult with the consumer protection board and take legal action against this company.</p>
