Worst ever
Ordered on the 8 of February only received my order after I had too constantly follow up on 3 of march, after begin being told my order is on its way and then they struggling with stock on different occasions. I got promised an extra item cause of the delay and for my troubles. But did not receive my extra item. I don't care about the extra product its principle There after market service is no existing, and have to beg to receive your stuff you paid for.

No parcel or response!!!!
I should have learned my lesson, the first time. I purchased a little torch about a month ago, up until today I have not received anything. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.

No parcel or response!!!!
I should have learned my lesson, the first time. I purchased a little torch about a month ago, up until today I have not received anything. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.

I ordered and paid for a torch online on 14 September, received an order and payment confirmation, but up to today no delivery has been made. I followed up on email and whatsapp but are getting NO Response.

Ultimate Torch South Africa - ****mer
We ordered from this person and none of the items have been received despite various follow-ups. An attorney sent a letter to him and he only made promises to dispatch the items and provide tracking numbers. He never provided tracking numbers and did not send the items. We can't get hold of the person anymore. He never answers the telephone and we suspect he blocked our numbers since the calls now goes directly to voicemail. We sent e-mails, WhatsApp messages, messages on his websites, but he does not respond. DO NOT order from this person. He is still advertising, but we believe that he is a ****mer

Bad service
I've bought a torch from this company owner John Richard's in June since then having issues 1st it was a torch that doesn't work sent it back on my own cost now he is ignoring every message I send to find out after he promised to replace the torch
