I ordered and paid for a torch online on 14 September, received an order and payment confirmation, but up to today no delivery has been made. I followed up on email and whatsapp but are getting NO Response.
VERY POOR SERVICE! We have been clients of FNB for more than 20 years. After applying for a home loan we have now been informed that we need to provide proof of the settlement of a credit card! The credit card was last used 14 years ago!! FNB are not updating their records and then expect loyal customers to dig up VERY old documents because they are not capable or too lazy to find the records themselves! And in the process they directly influence your way of life and financial growth. Incorrect credit records have a direct impact on each persons finances when applying for loans etc, and by not updating their systems correctly, they are preventing loyal customers to secure loans etc. Also as per the LAW, all debt older than 3 years must be prescribed. In other words FNB - YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW!
