Owner breaches contract
I worked at company called ultimate credit solutions, also goes by the name ultimate traffic solutions in somerset west Cape Town. I worked there for approximately two months and was promised this amazing opportunity that would make kick start my career. I worked as a call center agent ( at the time there were only two of us, so it was a two man agency), for over a month and received less then my negotiated salary. I still have not receive my salary for the month of July and the owner by the name of has avoided my request on several occasions. The reason I left his small agency is because I had personal problems I needed to attend to and this caused me to be inefficient at work. I explained the matter to him, yet he showed no remorse or any sympathy to my circumstances. He constantly makes negative remarks about his former employees, and does not offer an environment for an employee to grow. If anyone in the somerset west area is offered a debt collectors position in the area make sure it's not by ultimate traffic solutions or ultimate credit solutions. The owner does not consider his employees and one can understand the reason why he has such a high staff turnover rate.
