I paid my deposit and am now getting no answer via WhatsApp. Does anyone know who to contact? They blocked me via WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls. No email responses. I'll have reverse payments. I have not had any communication from them in over 10 days. Any advice will be appreciated. They seemed friendly and eager up until the deposit was paid, thereafter silence

I contacted Aramex who was used that as the courier service. Aramex refuses to provide me with contact details. Thus, aiding in fraudulent activity. You need to be responsible for the customers that used your service.
Pathetic service. I booked a DMJ from Cradock to Cape Town via Computicket. The bus was over two hours late. DMJ and Computicket had no decency to let me know of delays. My domestic was stuck in Cradock Eastern Cape, South Africa at 9 pm at night with no transport. She thus had to go home for safety reasons as there was no guarantee the bus would come. This was a dangerous situation for a lady to be in. DMJ refuses to refund me! Utter disgust that DMJ is unreliable and at the same time lacks the ethical understanding to refund

I have been struggling to connect to the internet since joining Afrihost in September. none of the afrihost technicians has been able to assist me. I have changed my router three times since September thinking the error was with that. I received multiple responses from technicians but am yet to encounter one that can solve my issue.The recent technician has requested that I, the customer, test my ONT to assess the reasons for my line dropping. I've used pingplotter to test the router which shows the line drops, but it can't be the router after three changes, so they say it is the ONT. I've been asked to create a dial-up line, PPPoE, to test pingplotter on the ONT. yet when I try creating a dialup line I receive an error or failure messages. Technicians are not able to assist me further from this point. Furthermore, they say Opsenserve will not be dispatched unless there is a valid reason to assess the line or ONT. I have been paying for a faulty service that has been present since the inception of my contract with afrihost. Thus, I refuse to pay for a private technician when the fault stems from the service provider! ticket RNR-178-73538
I booked return flights to Johannesburg in May 2020 for a course I was meant to be attending. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the course has since been cancelled. I therefore needed to cancel these tickets. Furthermore, My wife and i are frontline medical doctors and will be expected to be working during the period that the flights have been booked. I kindly requested to cancel these flights and be reimbursed. I have thus far received no response. Pathetic service and no one picks up the phones!
