Furious, and out of pocket with no resolve

Spoke with the owner via whatsapp, paid for my figurine finished November last year, 2023. I am now sitting with no figure and I'm out of pocket for the amount of R 7 300.00

He promised to pay me back, and after giving my banking details to him, he disappeared. Been sending messages to him with no reply. He doesnt even bother to read them.

My advice is save your money and dont order from here. I've seen many people order from him and then dont get their money back.

I will be taking it to small claims court if i do not recieve my full R 7 200.00.
