Elicit alcohol

Orange Farm Ultra Liquor ****med us, on the 16th of December they sold us a **** REMY MARTIN VSOP, it was on special and came with a Appletiser mix, the following day when we drank it withouth the mix we realized that the bottle did not taste anything like Remy Martin.

I lodged the complain on the 17th evening by sending my complaint to their complaints email found on Google but to date I have not heard any response from them. On the 18th I went to their shop, the manager took the bottle and promised that they will send it for testing, but they later called and told them that because the bottle was dranked they will not continue with the testing. I am very dissatisfied with ultra liquor Orange Farm
