<p>Please do not ever procure product or contract Ultra Sound & Vision, Fourways for installation services.</p> <p>I bought 2 x Heos 3 speakers from then mid July 2016. They did the installation as well in July.</p> <p>On 24 July I reported that the system does not work upon which they replied no problem they will come resolve. Only on 16 Aug did they come out again to resolve the problem.</p> <p>On 8 Sep I received another invoice for the fixing of the faulty system (that was 1 week old).</p> <p>Their installation cause a conflict on my home network and disrupted networking totally.</p> <p>They did not hand over the 2 x aux cables that come with the box bought and I could therefore not set up the speakers again after fixing my network.</p> <p>Only mid October I could collect (at my own cost these two cables that I bought initially.</p> <p>21 Nov the one speaker's powersupply did not work anymore which I reported.</p> <p>The only way they could assist was for me to collect the faulty powersupply to them, they swopped it with a demo one used in their store and I have to collect it from them again else they will charge me again to come and install.</p> <p>I consider this as absolute pathetic custmer service while offering a so called warranty on the products & work rendered.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
