Terrible experience at the sales department. They don't respond to emails until you call them to check your email. I bought a remote control for TV Box and I was assisted by Hope. One day he wasn't in, and no one could help me. The lady told me that if I have a proof of purchase for my old remote, I could claim warranty however when Hope came back, he told me I can't claim warranty because remote control is an accessory. Fast forward I called on a Monday to check if my remote had been dispatched off which he confirmed that he dispatched it the previous Friday and said I should expect delivery on same Monday or Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday asking for the contact details of the courier company and the tracking number for my parcel which he promised to send the information on email. I waited almost the entire day without receiving his email. I kept on calling him without success. Eventually he responded and said he had just sent the details while we were talking on the phone. After we ended the call, I realized that the dispatch was only done on Tuesday. When I call him that's when he confirmed that they only dispatched it on Tuesday.
