Contractor(registered with Kandua) repaired flat roof during July 2022. Fibre waterproofing paint has washed off the roof structure, & waterproofing membrane has peeled off, rats crawling through loose waterproofing membrane into the ceilings, we unable to sleep at night as rats are running throughout the house & breeding 5 May 25, I contacted Clements, informed him of the situation, he indicated to me, he' busy with a job in Polokwane & will come through 10 May 25.
