My name is Peter, I would like to thank & recommend Clements & his team from Ultranab Projects & Renovations for their excellent workmanship & repairs which was done on my flat roof..They are professionals and left my premises clean once they were done. Clements followup service is excellent,(he kept his promise & repaired the entire roof @ his own costs) I can definitely recommend him for roof repairs & other building repairs/renovations.

Clements from Ultranab Projects & Renovations, repaired my entire flat roof & carport at his own expense, which was damaged by heavy rains. He inspected repaired & reinstalled new roof sheeting including waterproof & paint, to prevent further water damage on the roofs. He & his team are skilled roofing contractors. He provided us an extra guarantee that he would be performing routine upkeep on the roofs. Clemence & his team provided high quality workmanship on my roof & carport, he ensured that his team wore protective clothes & his team used the tools safely. He kept to his promises & the entire repairs was done within 3 days, he gave us continuous update on repairs.

Clements from Ultranab Projects & Renovations, repaired my entire flat roof & carport at his own expense, which was damaged by heavy rains. I've made contact earlier today to Clements from Ultranab Projects & Renovations, requesting him for the umtempt time to repair the wall where the gutters are situated. Today story is, he is NOT prepared to use his money for petrol to come through to my house & we should pay additional fees to buy roofing materials & pay for labour costs to repair the wall correctly. Since 5 May 25. we've informed him about the RATS crawling inside through the opening of the roof, on two separate occassions he schedule a date & time to repair, he does not pitch nor informs us with a message,indicating he's unable to come through, 19June he sends a message requesting petrol allowance to come out to repair. I've engaged with Kandua, & I've informed them , we've made with contact with this contractor, on 5 May 25, 5, 16 & 18 June 25. 20 June 25, Kandua informed me, to contact the contractor directly to sort out this problem. I've informed Kandua, we have informed Clements on numerous occasions, before we asked them to intervene..To date there is no further assistance from Kandua.. I can't understand what criteria does Kandua use to register these unprofessionals. If a job has a 10 year guarantee, why must we pay petrol allowance & buy roofing waterproof materials. Contractor has given us a 10 year guarantee for this job. He was paid R22000, in full, now we have to fork out additional money to pay fir his petrol & materials to repair again. Kandua

DODGY DEALER ULTRANAB PROJECTS & RENOVATIONS
Dodgy dealer- Ultranab Project & Renovations Ultranab Project & Renovations; refuses to rectify faulty workmanship-for roof repairs & renovations, since 30 July 2022 to date. (We discovered huge gaps between the roof & wall, & rats have found their way inside) He inflated Labor & Material Costs-I managed to reduce his labor costs As he had inflated the material costs, I escorted him to the hardware store & he over-ordered building material, for roof repairs, which I paid for. He arranged with the driver from the hardware store, to store the building material in the driveway area, where his vehicle was. During their lunch break, he moved the excess building material to his motor vehicle, for use on another job – causing me to pay for materials, that was of benefit to him. After completion of work, he refused to provide a detailed invoice indicating, production, labor, or amount of material, used for the roof repairs.
