Dodgy dealer- Ultranab Project & Renovations

Ultranab Project & Renovations; refuses to rectify faulty workmanship-for roof repairs & renovations, since 30 July 2022 to date. (We discovered huge gaps between the roof & wall, & rats have found their way inside) He inflated Labor & Material Costs-I managed to reduce his labor costs As he had inflated the material costs, I escorted him to the hardware store & he over-ordered building material, for roof repairs, which I paid for. He arranged with the driver from the hardware store, to store the building material in the driveway area, where his vehicle was. During their lunch break, he moved the excess building material to his motor vehicle, for use on another job – causing me to pay for materials, that was of benefit to him. After completion of work, he refused to provide a detailed invoice indicating, production, labor, or amount of material, used for the roof repairs.
