Ultranab _RATS_ found a new home for winter
Membrane on & under roof peeling off & rats are creeping through the roof. 5 May 2025, I called Clements indicating the problem, he said he was working in Polokwane and would come through 10 May 25. Clements, never came through & I unable to reach him as he has blocked me. I have a 10 year guarantee for this job.

31 May 2025, 08:57Good morningDear Sir/MadamGood morning Dear Sir/Madam,On my roof & under the gutter, the waterproofs & membrane is peeling off & rats are creeping in. These rats have made my ceiling their home, they're running throughout the house on the ceiling board & we unable to sleep at night.The days when roofing was done, Clement brought his team gave instructions on the roof repairs thereafter he left & returned at 16h00 in the afternoon..I told his team, to put waterproofing & membrane underneath & on the wall where the gutters are situated, before they placed the roof sheets in position below the gutter, as it would be difficult to repair & waterproof, once the roof sheeting was secured in position. This was never done.Attached is a copy of the job card, from Ultranab Renovations & Projects 5 May 2025, I called Clements from Ultranab Renovations & Projects, informing him of rat invasion problem.. He indicated to me he was busy working in Polokwane, & would come through the following Saturday. (10 May 25).Since 10 May 25, Clements has blocked me & I'm unable to reach him.Can you please assist & ask this gentleman to repair & resolve this matter. Warm regardsJanet James Cell: 071 848 1048
