Unprofessional & underwhelmed

The pictures of the resort looks more glamorous than we experienced it.

Walked past a unit next to us where the staff was lying on the coach watching tv. When I reported it to reception the manager, Sheldon could not even apologise for the unprofessionalism of the staff.

As soon as we finished loading all our luggage we saw a staff member helping other guests with their luggage, no assistance was offered to us.

Not an enjoyable place at all.
