The licensing department services is pathetic , slow , disorganized to say the least , it took six hours to renew my vehicle license , we had to stand in a queue in the sun , there was an elderly gentleman that fainted and had to get medical help, due to standing in the sun for to long . Surely there can be somehow an online system being developed or more pay point facilities created , some areas you can pay at the post offices , but it is not all post offices that have the service available , hope to see an improvement next year .
