Outstanding service and experience

<p>I was given a Groupon voucher for my birthday in 2013 for a Shark cage dive for 2 people and due to inclement weather conditions on three occassions in 2013/2014, I was unable to utilise this. I did not contact them for 2 years(2015/2016) and realised at the beginning of January 2017 that I had not used this offer. I contacted Lelanie at their offices via e-mail, expecting a "sorry you are too late, offer expired", response, but was pleasantly surprised when she offered me to come in on the weekend of the 3/4 February 2017, as the weather was looking good. I was blown away with their response and immediately confirmed for Saturday 4th February. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and briefed on the outing and thereafter followed a really mindblowing experience. </p> <p>I want to really thank Lelanie, Donovan and the rest of their crew for the proffesional and experienced manner in which the days proceedings were handled and also for honouring a 4 year old gift voucher. Thanks guys and all the best for the future.</p>
