Estelle is the rudest owner I know

Estelle the owner is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to her clients… here is her message to me just to give you a taste. Please grow up little girl, you are so ********e and annoying and definetly not a mature enough to communicate with anybody, sadlyflicking your fingers and demanding will bring you now where, sadly feeling offensive and acting so childish shows so much of your true character……

And this purely because I said that I was Unsatisfied with their services as I’ve been waiting three weeks to get someone out to come and have a look at my property or even just getting an email back I would definitely not recommend working with Estelle
