Unifi Connect is a disgrace company

I have had a bad experience with this company called Unifi Connect. I mistakenly paid Unifi Connect while trying to pay Unifi finance cimpany, now i have been requesting that they return the money but to my suprise that they are trowing me from pillar to post.

Accidentally paid them R1991, just a mere R1991 what a disgrace for this company. They are rude and unprofessional.
