Unimet poor service delivery

The service delivery was abysmal. I have been waiting from the January for a refund from this specfic service provider and still wait to date. Supervisors dont even do the bare minimum to assist. When approached for any feedback only lethargic responses is received.

I don't not recommend unimet to anyone has a service provider.
