UNI-VROT !!!!!!!

As a solid paying client one would think You would have no issues at the end of your rental term - I have made a deposit of 6K and interest pushed it to 7K. "Out going inspection" was done and I agreed with the 1500 quote on the kitchen cupboard and 250 for cleaning (Bear in mind the place was not cleaned when I moved in) after serval emails I received a payment of 4K. I have requested a in depth Breakdown so I could understand better BUT I was only sent my previous months statement - very unprofessional.
