Charged exorbitantly and unfairly for replanting grass that I tended

I moved in a unit in IQ Tuari in 2020 and found the grass hard to maintain because it was planted on building debri. I reported 2x to their Senior Project Manager, Tinus, in 2022 and early 2021, sent him pictures too, but nothing was done.

So for 4 years I struggled with the grass and replanted two times. I vacated 30 June 2024 and lo-and-behold R4959 was deducted from my deposit for transplanting the grass, they say. Meantime I left the grass in a reasonable, accepetable state, as far as I am concerned. I even planted new grass in late Sept/early October 2023, because I knew I was going to leave.
