I was ill advised to cancel my tyre and rim cover in Dec of 2024. The agent clearly said I am on zero excess and do not need to cover Tyre and rim separately.and that I can claim that normally under the policy. Now I am told the tree recordings prove otherwise they say agent said I will have zero excess in tyre claim. That's not true. I am now stating with a damaged tyre. I will shop for another insurance provider but I am disappointed as I liked KP.
Was ****med in April this year. The caller sounded professional and ****med me into paying 3 amounts to 3 different Nedbank accounts that were sequential. Only the last 3/4 digigs were different. This indicates that it was not random and that the numbers were expertly created internally. Nedbank is closing an eye to the fact that these could be thier own staff ****ming us.Jason said yes he sees it is Nedbank created accounts. Was.enough done to track who?? Whats worse is that out of the R34,666 tsken, Nedbank is offering a so-called goodwill of R2600! I find this to be a pittance and do not consider Nedbank to care much. Jason told me coldly and blatantly that it is not negotiable. Am saddened. There are many complainants on social media about how Nedbank is considered worse than other banks in assisitng clients with such matters. I am disappointed after being a dedicated client of many years.

Where in the policy does it say we need 30 days notice. Also why didnt the agent advise me of this, so that I could decide..? This prompted me to cancel even the remaining vehicle, because Autogen is not the same anymore and I had trusted many years.

Trevor gave me excellent service. He managed to lower my excess from 5k to 2.5k, at an affordable rate. He also was able to motivate cover for our iPhone, despite the odds as it had gone for review. He is friendly, empathetic and very helpful. An asset to your company.
Nedbank The Grove in PTA has given me the run around and delayed unsuspecting my account. This after the account was blocked on Tuesday 8th April after a *****. Tinyiko at front office gave me wrong information according to customer seŕvice. So i went back to the branch on Thursday and insisted on speaking to Tshepo, the manager but he aslso rurned me bqck saying they must wait for the go ahead from the ***** dept. All the while not even calling customer service. I had to take a trip Fri but called customer service again amd was tolfd to go back to the branch amd call when there.t Today Saturday I will go to a different branch. I am very upset with The Grove bad service. I have not had use if my profile for 4 days.
I bought R100 airtime on 11 Jan 2025 and didnt get it. I queried on 12 th Jan but to date no solution. I called many times after and todayi am told that the case was relodged on 3rd Feb. Its now a month without a splution. I am very disappointed at this and i eamt my R100!!
My retirement claim was promised to be paid out end of Jan 2025 by Jaco but I check online amd the claim was submitted only 13 days ago! I submitted all the documents in time in December when I retired. This has inconvenienced me on the plans I have and am very disappointed. I see you have very low ratings amd this means your service is bad.
Tebogo Kalena at Silverlakes served us well with the purchase of our GWM bakkie. He also helped me to recover my funds that I had reserved for another car. The refund was taking long and I had even complained on Hellopeter. After his help I deleted the bad review. . Also the bakkie is running weĺ so far and seems we got a good vehicle.
