IQ- complexes / Uniqon - STAY FAR AWAY !

Thanks for the reply Uniqon. As per any review, ours reflects our experience in dealing with buying and actual living in this place. I did mention both parties from the beginning, As a customer, we do not care about fine lines of where one legal entity begins and the other begins. This is about our experience with the complete living part. Last week your staff member did phone me and told me anyway that Uniqon will not fix the damp. But we did it ourselves anyway during holidays, a yearly occurrance these days. The fact that more than a few units have the same issues ( as you mentioned as well ) increases our concern. Then we report to managing agent IQ, get a late or NO reply that passes the buck to the devoloper, and the developer returns us to managing agent. And there it stops. The customer suffer the consequences. But we do appreciate your reply on the damp matter. As usual, no reply from managing agent.

Thank you for the reply with another ultimatum on this open forum, proving my point in initial post. 
If you provide me the details of the actual body corporate, i will happily repost this in their names. We have requested it before,  as well as the meeting minutes duscussing the pergola, from managing agent, never reveived. According to trustee members of body corporate spoken to, their influence in the matter was apparently rather limited anyway. But please provide us with the ultimate responsible persons then so that we can repost a review.
In 2 years, we had that one request, and we followed up twice after initial email. According to CSOS, we should have maintained follow ups. On introspection it seems i should have acted like a parrot with daily emails. Never did CSOS however mention that managing agents and body corporates should actually apply their "managing" part and funding paid by normal owners to answer any owner applications. I must look up the stats of CSOS for supporting the ultimate paying customers actually. The managing agent never even acknowledged that they ignored or forgot about our emails. If they did actually answer, we would have never put up the pergola and moved to where we would be accomodated. We proceeded after receiving no reply for two years, and only because it has NO privacy / noise / functional interferences to ANYBODY. 
Going forward it would be wise for all complexes to first obtain CV's, contact details and written confirmation of availability to serve so that communications is more transparent and available. We will advocate as such. 
Then regarding the architrchtual guidelines being transgressed upon, those come from the developer appointed architects, which could also not be provided. 
Thus all parties is involved - body corporate, managing agent and developer.
Hello Peter was created specifically for this purpose - for consumers and customers to share their experiences.  We are providing proof that customers does not comes first here. I wish i could upload photos.as evidence also. We have to now live with the permanent uprooting of our lives as they peacefully were , just because an actual human need can not be accomodated on architectual paper. Our aim has always been to apply a modern, trending idea (even in house magazines) to increase this house's value, as we have flipped many homes very succesfully before. To people that might actually read this, it would be better to know that you rather focus on keeping your customers / clients happy and healthy. 

Amending the post as requested:
Uniqon  part ---- we received bad service upon moving into our newly paid  ( with millions of R ) house. It looked like a dumpsite, WE had to clean, run around to find all keys and remotes, and since then fixing this "new" house is a yearly occurance when qe ourselves is suppose to rest. We never received any explanation or heavens forbid any apology. From there onwards we just suffer with being bounced around betweenn developer and "managing agent", no help, nothing in any line of " we will come to assist you on ??? Day just because we want our customers not to worry. But do not fear, we fixed everything ourselves at considerable additional costs as we do not qualify for developer discounts at vendors. No doubt that we will never receive any reimbur*****t. 
Remember that Uniqon was the customers' first contact, already stirring the pot. If subsequest management and trustee decisions ia poorly made and excecuted, it will always reflect back on developer and contribute to make the WHOLE experience just  sad, avoidable and truely not needed.
