Thank you to the owner James handling my complaint or undesirable situation with empathy and understanding. Makes all the difference... and saving a customer that will in future return. service is a bit slow and I'm sure they will be working on that... expect to wait bit longer than your average. managing customers also a big recent improvement... so great on that one. other than that great value or special offers. portions are on the small side but the specials make up for it

Where do I even start. (Excuse the spelling as I type this in my anger and haste) Those that don't want the long read... short version 1. Very slow food (expect 2 hours from easy fast food) 2. Poor service (from being spoken to, to missing food items) 3. Tiny portions 4. Very average taste Stay away from this place and spare (pun intended on the spare rib wrap) your self the disappointment. Horrible service. Very low customer service skills (particularly from the manager Trevor). Ordered a special and only received half of the food. Instead of being understanding, empathetic and finding a solution... sounded very confused and unsure of how to handle the matter. Apart from that, it took them over over and hour and a half just to make simple fast food and nearly 2 hours to deliver (and highly doubt it's cause they have questions standing outside). When asked how they going to fix the problem of the missing food, I get a deep depressing sigh and "wow I don't know" immediately followed buy excuses on the system and delivery and the why we can't help you blah blah blah... not my problem. Then a defensive stance trying to blame the deliver company for the slow service (I can see on system how long it takes you to make the food buy the way) so not the delivery guys fault. So now it's taken 2 hours to get the food... not happy, then I have missing items... furious. Call them up and get horrible service and unwillingness to fix it... not ideal. I still gave them the opening to think about it and call me back with a solution... which with resistance they did. But solution is i must drive to them and fetch it... would cost more I'm petrol to fetch the missing items... followr by an again it's not their problem attitude amd blame shift. I them actually eat the part of the food that was delivery.... ha ha it's a wrap filled with slightly one than a Table s**** of filling... no wonder it's on special.... you only get a quater of the food... and it's very average tasting food. So if the owners or manager ever try to fix this, I will ammend or remove my review... ***** in your court unique beans.
