Do not use them. They came to clean my carpets, they only used dishwashing liquid in the water of the machine and the carpets weren't cleaned properly. My portable Bose speaker was stole by Willem and was caught on camera. I asked the owner Carel to have my speaker dropped off with my security the next day and he told me that I should open a case. The case has been opened and is currently underway.

Came to clean all the mattresses, carpets and couch. 12 hrs later all the beds still wet, so had to me and my children had to sleep on the floor! And left work space filthy and wet, so had to clean up after them. Uniquely acceptable!!!

Only 2 persons arrived at 9h00. The guy was a temporarily worker and a lady. The machines they use is not what is advertised on Facebook or what they use 3 years back. They pitch up with very old machines. The lady dump buckets of water over our carpets and scrub with ‘n big machine. Then Francois was to suck up the water. That was my first experience in 40 years that they dump buckets full of water on my carpets. He could not do it properly because he told me that there is something wrong with the machine. They left at 11h00 after cleaning 3 bedrooms, one loose carpet and 2 lazy boy chairs. That night at 22h00 we could still not walk on the carpets it was wet for 3 days. I phone Carel the owner of the business and send him photos of the problems. They came back the Friday. After I showed Francois all the places that are not clean he realised that they have to do everything all over again Then he advice to came back on Monday 25 March with Carel so that Carel can see for himself that the machines is not in good working order. Me and Carel correspond with email where I asked him if it is possible that he can pay back the R1320 cash and then I can get somebody else to do the work. He wrote me as stinky email and then I wrote back that we keep the appointment for 25 March as Francois advice. He did not respond back and they did not pitch up 25 March.

I booked a carpet cleaning service a week ago with Unique Clean who operate out of Centurion. My Samsung tablet went missing after the cleaning staff of Unique Clean had been to my house. Furthermore the cleaning staff of Unique Clean damaged the wall and frames of my bedroom doors with their equipment. When I complained about the missing tablet and the damage I was told that they would follow procedure to speak to their employees and would arrange with their HR company to have polygraph testing done. After a few days of me following up with the owners of Unique Clean I was then told by the owner that they would not be taking any responsibility for the damage to our walls and doors and that if we wanted to have their cleaning staff go through polygraph testing that I would have to pay for all the costs. I find their response shocking and unacceptable with a real lack of customer service!
