Since the quotation for our removal from Pretoria to Cape Town, until the delivery of our furniture after four months of storage, we have only sincere gratitude for the excellent service rendered by Biddulphs International. I Just want so to share my experience with Biddulphs International who did our removal from Pretoria to Cape Town. From the moment that Marie Louise van Wijk came to give us a quotation till the delivery of my plants was done in Cape Town, I've been extremely satisfied and felt always at ease. The team that done the packing was so professional, helpful and kind. They were on time and done a great job. The next morning when the truck arrived to upload our stuff the staff was just as professional as the day before. At the end of the day, I discover that they have accidently loaded my fried cooler box. The driver promised me that they will phone me when they offload in Cape Town and then I can come and pick it up. So, he kept his promise. When I went to the Storage facility on the Wednesday to pick up the cooler box, they offer to deliver the cooler box at my friend office because of the mistake they made. And so, they did it on the Monday as promised. I can really recommend Biddulphs to anyone who have to move. I never felt anguish true the whole proses. THANK YOU BIDDULPHS INTERNATIONAL.
I just want to thank Madelein Stokes at Santam Claims for her quick response when we had a burst geyser. The service was excellent and fast. Resolved our problem very quickly. Although the problem was end of August, this is a late "Thank you" Madelein Stokes.

What a wonderful experience it was to shop at OBC Wonderpark. The people that works there is so friendly, helpful and they treat you as a special client. Well I do fell special. The butchery is clean and there prices are really affordable. Thanks to Tobie and his staff for excellent service.
Only 2 persons arrived at 9h00. The guy was a temporarily worker and a lady. The machines they use is not what is advertised on Facebook or what they use 3 years back. They pitch up with very old machines. The lady dump buckets of water over our carpets and scrub with ‘n big machine. Then Francois was to suck up the water. That was my first experience in 40 years that they dump buckets full of water on my carpets. He could not do it properly because he told me that there is something wrong with the machine. They left at 11h00 after cleaning 3 bedrooms, one loose carpet and 2 lazy boy chairs. That night at 22h00 we could still not walk on the carpets it was wet for 3 days. I phone Carel the owner of the business and send him photos of the problems. They came back the Friday. After I showed Francois all the places that are not clean he realised that they have to do everything all over again Then he advice to came back on Monday 25 March with Carel so that Carel can see for himself that the machines is not in good working order. Me and Carel correspond with email where I asked him if it is possible that he can pay back the R1320 cash and then I can get somebody else to do the work. He wrote me as stinky email and then I wrote back that we keep the appointment for 25 March as Francois advice. He did not respond back and they did not pitch up 25 March.
