Disgusting almost criminal behaviour - Stay away

Unique Flooring stocks really good quality products but they are let down by atrocious service. On installation they requested a 90% upfront deposit which was paid with a balance of R1600 odd left. I changed the one room from full astro turf to laminate (going from R230 p/sqm to R160 p/sqm) ... But yet on completion they gave me a balance of R4000 to pay ... Fast forward almost a year later and i needed a panel replaced and an endrod by the doorway replaced. I was supplying the panel. To perform this replacement they initially wanted R2500 which was ridiculous for a panel i was supplying ... We agreed eventually on R2000. When the repair person came out he advised not to replace the panel and just replace the enrod which is R300 for 2.4m ... I only needed about 80cm. They did the replacement and the manager of the store insisted i pay R2000 as agreed (despite me pointing out the original.scope of work is not removing the floor). We had an argument and i told them to remove their work and eventually they agreed to R1000. I am disgusted at these cheap tactics and thats not withstanding the fact that i waited a month for them to come replace that strip that took literally a minute to do ...
