I regret to say that my experience with UNIQUE KITCHENS & FURNITURE has been extremely disappointing. I approached Nhlanhla Moyo to have custom chairs and a table made, and I shared clear specifications, including pictures and videos of what I wanted. Based on his previous work, I trusted that he would be able to deliver exactly what I envisioned, and he assured me that he could do so. Nhlanhla initially promised that the chairs would be completed in 5 working days. However, after only 2 days, he called me outside of working hours (at 6pm) asking to meet. When I arrived at the agreed location, I was shocked to see that the chairs were not at all what I had requested. They were noticeably different from the reference pictures I had provided, and it was clear that the design was not up to the standards I had expected. Despite my disappointment, Nhlanhla insisted that I pay him additional money, stating that he needed it for rent. This request felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially since the work was far from what was agreed upon. I did explain how the chairs could be fixed, and he assured me that he would make the necessary adjustments. However, it's now been over four weeks, and I still have not received the chairs, nor have I been refunded my deposit. I'm deeply frustrated with the lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and failure to deliver on what was promised. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Nhlanhla Moyo and UNIQUE KITCHENS & FURNITURE to proceed with caution. It's been a huge waste of time and money, and I'm left with no resolution to my issue. He even deleted his previous account on google reviews and blocked me on social media platforms. Stay away from them

A brand new kitchen.
I am so pleased with my brand new kitchen. The workmanship is of top quality.I love how the guys completed the installation. The comradeship of the team, I really cannot thank you enough. Oupa Cedric.. Wayne and I can't remember the other names... You guys were superb and I really need to give you credit. Thank you so much.... Thanks Yolanda for going the extra mile for us. IL recommend you guys anytime...

Do not use
If I could give zero stars for this company I would. We had the absolute worst experience. After numerous quotes back and forth we gave Unique kitchens the benefit of the doubt. What was supposed to be a simple bathroom and dresser project turned into a complete nightmare. This was just our experience, would definitely not recommend.

Do not use
If I could give zero stars for this company I would. We had the absolute worst experience. After numerous quotes back and forth we gave Unique kitchens the benefit of the doubt. What was supposed to be a simple bathroom and dresser project turned into a complete nightmare. This was just our experience, would definitely not recommend.

Stay away kitchen renovation!
Whizron is not reliable. Always late and with a load of excuses. Does not remove rubble and work not up to standard. Did not finish job and asks for money in advance even before job is completed and 70% deposit was paid. Stay away!

Kitchen company with very poor people skills and poor workmanship
This company doesn't't know how to treat their clients. They are insulting and don't show any respect, they speak badly to the client. The quality of the work is not up to standard. The products they use are sub standard. They kept telling us they would fix all the snags until we are happy but have not honoured this. Once you make payment they show very little interest in your job and make one feel that you owe them. I would never recommend to use this company.
