Unreliable

I regret to say that my experience with UNIQUE KITCHENS & FURNITURE has been extremely disappointing. I approached Nhlanhla Moyo to have custom chairs and a table made, and I shared clear specifications, including pictures and videos of what I wanted. Based on his previous work, I trusted that he would be able to deliver exactly what I envisioned, and he assured me that he could do so. Nhlanhla initially promised that the chairs would be completed in 5 working days. However, after only 2 days, he called me outside of working hours (at 6pm) asking to meet. When I arrived at the agreed location, I was shocked to see that the chairs were not at all what I had requested. They were noticeably different from the reference pictures I had provided, and it was clear that the design was not up to the standards I had expected. Despite my disappointment, Nhlanhla insisted that I pay him additional money, stating that he needed it for rent. This request felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially since the work was far from what was agreed upon. I did explain how the chairs could be fixed, and he assured me that he would make the necessary adjustments. However, it's now been over four weeks, and I still have not received the chairs, nor have I been refunded my deposit. I'm deeply frustrated with the lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and failure to deliver on what was promised. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Nhlanhla Moyo and UNIQUE KITCHENS & FURNITURE to proceed with caution. It's been a huge waste of time and money, and I'm left with no resolution to my issue. He even deleted his previous account on google reviews and blocked me on social media platforms. Stay away from them
