Norman Koster (Unitech South Africa) - his guarantee for work done is worthless

Norman Koster from Unitech is a very good salesman but his after-sales support is non-existent. He gave me a letter of guarantee which is worthless because I have been trying to get him to come back to my house to address snags for over 14 months now.

The workmanship of his painting has proven to be terrible and only 1 month after the job was completed, did the exterior paintwork start bubbling. Some of the interior paint also needs touch ups.

I have spoken to him on countless occasions to come back and attend to the snags and all I get are excuses after excuses. These days I don't even get a response or a call back. I have now given up and I will need to need to pay someone to come fix the snags.
